Target Groups

The ASPM shall provide a list of candidates according to the standard personal data sheet. Criteria are on the one hand economic status/need and on the other hand scholastic achievement/attitude.
The ASPM and Donor will make final decision including also review with parents and school. Each year additional 10-15 stipendiate may be added. If achievement/performance/motivation is inadequate, the financial support shall be discontinued.

The two main criteria are need/poverly and talent/mental capacity/gift. Proposals for potential candidates shall thus come from YASPEM and related social/church organsations as well as schools (class teacher and director).

Excellence Program

For scholarship holders graduating with special excellence (final national SMA test score) further education may be provided on university level under the “Excellence Program”. Maximum grant 1.000 Euro per year. Half  of it will be given as credit to be repaid within 10 years.

English / Computer Program

In order to improve English language and Computer ability of both YASPEM/SWC staff and stipendiates, it is planned to provide two English teachers. Computer training will be done by Coordinator.

Type of support

The ASPM shall provide funds to pay for education/training of selected scholarship holders up to 15-30 Euro per month for:

In exceptonal cases also boarding/asrama may be paid for.
The financial support shall be received on a semester basic. After succesful performance it my be continued up to a maximum of 6 years, in case of excellence also further to university.

The ASPM may also provide for special extracurriculum English and computer training for stipendiates and ASPM/staff.
